BAKING & PASTRY ARTS
Intended For: Secondary students (Grade 10-12)
Program Description: The Baking and Pastry Arts Program is offered in partnership with Vancouver Community College.
This 24-week program runs from August to January. Classes are held at VCC's Downtown Campus.
Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for seven high school courses, Level 1 Foundation Technical Training and VCC Certificate of Completion.
Applicants are required to have completed a one-week trial work experience at VCC, Math 10 and an English Language Arts 10. Students must have a FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
