Baking and Pastry Arts
The Baking and Pastry Arts Program is offered in partnership with Vancouver Community College.
Upon completion of this 24 week program, students earn credit for seven high school courses, Level 1 Foundation Technical Training, and a VCC Certificate of Completion.
Applicants are required to have completed a one week trial work experience at VCC, Math 10 and an English Language Arts 10. Students must have a FoodSafe Level I certificate.
