Heavy Mechanical Trades
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Heavy Mechanical Trades Foundation is delivered in partnership with Vancouver Community College and British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Students in this 36 week program attend class at VCC's Broadway campus or BCIT's Annacis Island campus.
Participants earn credit for seven high school courses and a Heavy Mechanical Foundations Trade Certificate from VCC or BCIT.
Applicants are required to have credit for a grade 11 Math, an English Language Arts 11 and Automotive Technology 11. It is recommended applicants have credit for Automotive Technology 12.
