Teens 101 is a Canadian-created youth mental health resource. It is intended to be a toolbox for teens (Grades 8-10) that may be experiencing personal challenges, or that may know someone who may need help. Each episode is 16-24 minutes long. This resource includes videos and teacher’s guides.
