Fitness
How you teach Fitness is just as important as what you do.
Simply giving students opportunities to be physically active or take part in fitness activities is not enough to have a long-lasting effect on behavior. It can actually be counterproductive if it causes students to focus on perceived weaknesses and develop a negative view of fitness.
Aim to work with the students to create fitness goals that are challenging, yet achievable, which build confidence.
