The Surrey Board of Education acknowledges that the work of principals and vice principals is wide-ranging and complex and requires thoughtful practitioners who constantly strive to improve their performance. Effective leaders routinely reflect on their practice, seek feedback from others, and develop evidence-based plans to further their professional learning. | ||||||
The superintendent is responsible to the board for ensuring that principals and vice principals engage in a process that is based upon best practices with a focus on continual improvement. | ||||||
