Policy 7250 - Management of Union Grievances


The Surrey Board of Education believes that the effective management of grievances plays an important role in contributing to a positive labour relations climate in the school district and to the administration of the school district’s collective bargaining agreements. Regulations will be in place that outline the expectations of management representatives in terms of the management of grievances in regard to this policy.
