Surrey Board of Education approves calendars for 2022-23 & 2023-24 school years

The Surrey Board of Education has approved school calendars for the coming two school years.

Calendars for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 were approved at the Dec. 8 public board meeting, setting out non-instructional days, holidays and break times for the next two school years.

For the 2022-2023 school year:

Non-Instructional/Pro-D Days:

• Sept. 26, 2022
• Oct. 21, 2022
• Nov. 10, 2022
• Feb. 24, 2023
• May 5, 2023
• May 29, 2023
  
  

'School Closure Days' preceding the week of Spring Break are March 13-17, 2023.

For the 2023-2024 school year:

Non-Instructional/Pro-D Days:

• Sept. 25, 2023
• Oct. 20, 2023 (tentative)
• Nov. 10, 2023
• Feb. 23, 2024
• May 3, 2024
