A provincewide support network for youth is opening a new location in Surrey, and they want your input on its design.
Foundry BC is launching a Surrey location at 10280 City Parkway, offering young people ages 12-24 mental health care, substance use services, physical and sexual health care, youth and family peer supports, and social services – both online and at service centres. The organization provides safe, non-judgmental care, information and resources to young people, with a focus on early intervention with health challenges.
Prior to opening in the new year, Foundry Surrey is gathering feedback from the public to help them design a functional space where youth and families in Surrey feel warm and welcomed when they walk in. The consultation is split into two surveys, one for youth and one for families:
- Youth Survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/foundry_youthsurvey
- Family Survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/found_familycaretakerssurvey
The surveys are open until Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023. Your input will help to ensure that Foundry Surrey is reflective of the community’s needs. As a thank you for completing the survey, participants may submit their email address at the end to enter a draw for a gift card!
