Students who have graduated from Johnston Heights may be wondering where they can get the following documents: 

• Transcript 
  • Your transcript can only be obtained by contacting the BC Ministry of Education via their website, phone, text or email. See the link below. 
  • We do not have access to former student transcripts at Johnston Heights.
• PEN Number (Personal Education Number)
  • Your PEN Number can be obtained by contacting the BC Ministry of Education via their website, phone, text or email. See the link below. 
  • We cannot give a student's PEN number out over the phone or via email. 
• Dogwood Diploma 
  • Please come to the Johnston Heights main office from Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm to sign for and pick up your diploma. 
  • Can't get here during office hours? Click here to complete the form to designate someone else to pick up your diploma for you. 
    •  Pickup hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm
    • We will not hand a diploma to someone you have not designated
    • Designated person must show picture ID with a name that matches what you have written on the form.
• Personal (medical) information:
  • Immunization records 
    • Johnston Heights does not have access to present or past immunization records, including paper copies. Please check the Vaccine Records page on the Immunize BC website for information on where to get your medical records. See the link below.
