Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent teacher Conferences will be occurring Thursday March 30th. The schedule for the afternoon/evening is as follows:
2:30 – 4:00 – Online conferences through MS Teams
4:30 – 6:00 – In person conferences at EMS in respective teachers' classrooms
Both conferences can be booked through the following MS Bookings App at:
Note: Please select the teacher you want to meet when booking and do not leave as anyone. Ignore the “optional” wording as this is pre-set by the app.
If the teacher you would like to meet is not on the booking page or is full, email them directly to set up a meeting at a different time.
You will receive an email confirmation once you have booked a meeting.
For the online meetings, you will also receive a link in that email to join the online MS Teams meeting at your booked time.
Note Regarding Counsellors:
Counsellors will be in the building and available for general inquiries. If you have more personal concerns, please make an appointment with your alpha counsellor using the Calendly system.
