Parent /Teacher Open House April 4th

Dear Sullivan Heights Community,

Welcome Back!  We're excited to have our students back in the building and are looking forward to the our upcoming Parent/Teacher Open House Event tomorrow afternoon/evening.  

Here are a few quick reminders:

We will be hosting an Open House format in which we will be inviting parents or guardians (and students) between 2:00–4:00 pm with a short break following and starting back up from 4:45–6:00 pm. 

Here is what you can expect to experience:

• Students can arrive with their parent or guardian any time between 2:00-4:00pm or 4:45-6:00pm
• Booked appointments should arrive at their scheduled times.
• Maps will be provided to locate where teachers will be during this event.
• Students may then introduce their parent or guardian to their teacher and discuss with their parents what is happening in the learning spaces at Sullivan Heights Secondary.
• Please Note:  if you wish to discuss specific questions regarding your child's learning that may take more time, please reach out to the teacher through email.  If a teacher is unavailable during a Parent Teacher session, please reach out to them to make alternate arrangements.

Attached to this email is a list of teachers who will be unavailable for one or both of the sessions tomorrow.  Please plan accordingly.  If you wish to speak with that teacher directly, please ensure that you contact them via email or phone call.
