Smartphones & Its Impacts on Youth Mental Health

As parents, we're raising children in a world where smartphones, social media, and technology are part of everyday life. While these tools can offer many benefits, they can also bring challenges that impact mental health, relationships, sleep, and overall well-being.

Join Yogita Rai, School Counsellor at Ecole Salish Secondary and Registered Clinical Counsellor, for a conversation about how technology is affecting our youth and how we can best support them. This workshop is intended to be practical, informative, and discussion-based, providing parents and caregivers with an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with others navigating similar concerns.

This workshop will be offered in person on November 24th at Ecole Salish Secondary, and a second virtual session will be hosted on November 25th. Please register for the session that works best for you by completing the form below. For virtual session a link will be sent closer to the date.
