Active Living/Health
🎓 Acting Living/Heath
💬 Welcome to the Physical and Health Education Department!
Physical and Health Education provides students with opportunities to develop lifelong fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits. Through a variety of activities—including team sports, individual fitness challenges, and outdoor adventure experiences—students build strength, coordination, and endurance while learning the importance of goal setting and personal growth.
Our program emphasizes inclusivity and well-being, encouraging every student to participate, challenge themselves, and discover new ways to stay active both in and outside of school. Physical Education at our school not only supports physical health but also fosters confidence, resilience, and a sense of community.
