Physical and Health Education (PHE)
Promoting Health, Well-Being, and Lifelong Physical Literacy
Physical and Health Education (PHE) supports students in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Through movement, participation, and reflection, students learn how to make healthy choices and develop habits that contribute to lifelong wellness.
