Safe Arrival Program
(Reporting Student Absences/Lates)
If your child will be absent or late, please phone 604-531-5731. Our school has voicemail, so a message can be left at any time of the day or night.
We are a very large and busy school and we take your child's safety seriously, therefore it is imperative that parents call the school to inform us of your child's attendance.
Bell Schedule
| 8:20 | Supervision Begins |
| 8:30 | First bell, students enter building |
| 8:35 | Classes begin ( Office will record lates after this time) |
| 10:15 | Recess |
| 11:50 | Students go outside for play |
| 12:15 | Students eat lunch |
| 12:35 | Afternoon Instruction begins |
| 2:35 | Dismissal |
| 2:50 | Supervision of students ends |
School Closure Information
From time to time classes may have to be cancelled temporarily for various reasons. Parents are advised to listen to radio stations CKNW (dial 980 AM) News 1130 (dial 1130 AM) or CBC (dial 690 AM) for information about the cancellation of classes.
