Students Shine in Vaisakhi Celebrations

Student and staff across our school dressed up to celebrate Vaisakhi today.  Lunch was a busy time as students filled Centre Court to watch a Fashion Show and our amazing Bhangra team led by Ms. Valencia.  At the same time, Chef Jones, Chef Ivan and our Culinary Arts students prepared a fantastic Vaisakhi menu to compliment our regular lunch time favourties.  We even had the chance to catch Mr. Mattson in action as he took on students in the 'golgupa eating contest'!  A special thank you to Harsh Dhaliwal and Sitara Dhatt for emceeing the event and to Ms. Christensen for organizing.
