Welcome to Kindergarten & Ready Set Learn Connect
Dear Families,
We are excited to welcome your children to Kindergarten! In preparation for September, we are having a "Welcoming Future Kinders" information session on Thursday, May 16th at 12:45-1:30 pm. We hope that you and your future kindergarten children can join us. Your child will spend time with our kindergarten teachers and their future classmates, while I provide the adults with information about what to expect in Kindergarten.
Following our "Welcoming Future Kinders" session, we will be having our "Ready, Set, Learn - Connect!" session in the gym, 1:30-2:15 pm. This is a time for both our new kindergarten students and children aged 3 and 4 to participate in learning through play centres with their parents. We hope that you will stay for both sessions.
Our "Ready, Set, Learn - Connect!" program will continue with Stay and Play sessions on Thursdays May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th and June 13th, 1:45-2:20 pm. Please mark your calendars to drop in and participate in the outdoor learning centres with Divisions 7 and 8, outside their classrooms, for more learning through play.
