Course Change Request
Preliminary student timetables are available, but they are still subject to change due to: 
Class size and composition balancing
Summer School results
Promotions (if a student was unsuccessful in a required course, the student will be re-enrolled in the required course to meet BC graduation requirements)
 Adjustments to schedules are very limited and in most cases not possible due to high enrollment, class size limits and scheduling conflicts.  Requests for Teacher changes or Teacher preferences can not be accommodated.
Course Change Procedure
Course change requests will be processed in order of priority (incomplete or incorrect schedules will be resolved first).  New students, grade 12's and students that have an incomplete schedule may make an appointment August 26-30 or complete a course change request form.  If you change your mind and want a different course you must complete a Course Change Request.
Priority 1        Incomplete schedule (have less than 8 courses) and grade 12's.  What to do?  Complete a course change request form or make an appointment at the main office.
Priority 2        Incorrect schedule (do not have the pre-requisite course, already have credit for the course, incorrect grade level, and wrong academic course).  What to do?  Complete a course change request form or make an appointment at the main office.
Priority 3        Want a different course (I changed my mind from my original request form).  What to do?  Complete a course change request form. No appointment.
The only way to make a course change is by completing a Course Change Request Form.  This form faxed (604 574-4759) or emailed to the school mail.  Requests cannot be made by contacting counsellors through email or voice mail.  The Course Change Request form must be used.
