Student Account Termination

Once a student is withdrawn or graduates, i.e. is no longer an Active student in the District, their account is placed in a holding state for 40 calendar days.  During this time, the former student may access emails and files they previously had access to in Office 365. 

After the 40 calendar days have elapsed, the surreyschool.ca account expires which means emails and files are no longer accessible.
