Avaya Phone System Maintenance – Possible Service Interruption 

IMS is working with our vendor to apply urgent security updates to the Avaya Phone System. This work is scheduled for Friday June 16, from 7:00 pm to 10 pm. During this time there may be intermittent service outages impacting the following: 

• Inbound calls to desk phones and soft phones 
• Outbound calls from desk phones and soft phones 
• Breeze Attendant 
• Voice mail
