Commencement
Commencement will be on Friday, June 19th at 7:00 pm at the Bell Centre for Performing Arts (6250 144 St, Surrey, BC). Graduates are expected to arrive no later than 5:30 pm. We will do our best to accommodate you if you’re late, however, do your best to arrive on time. Once you are in, you are expected to stay for the entirety of the ceremony. General seating for this event is first come first served. Students will receive their cap and gown at the rehearsal at Kwantlen Park on Wednesday, June 17th at 12:30. With exception of the valedictorian, all students will need to return their stoles at the end of the ceremony. Each student will be given TWO tickets for guests. Additional tickets will be purchased the following week for $5/ticket first come, first serve. Commencement is a formal event, you are welcome to take your own pictures, however, we ask that you remain in your seat to prevent obstructing the view of other guests. Artona will be on stage taking an official graduation photo.
Dinner and Dance
The Dinner and Dance is a formal year end celebration for graduating students. This year's celebration will be at Swan-e-set Resort & Country Club, where graduates will enjoy an evening with their peers and supervising staff members. On Friday, June 12th, students are to arrive at Kwantlen Park at 3:00pm, where there will be a small reception for parents/guardians and graduates. Students are not permitted to arrange their own transportation and must board school arranged charter buses if they wish to attend Dinner and Dance.
At the end of the evening, students will board their assigned bus to attend Dry Grad. If students do not wish to attend Dry Grad, a bus will bring them back to Kwantlen Park, where we ask parents/guardians to pick up your graduate.
Dinner Dance ticket cost $120
Dry Grad
The Dry Grad event will be at The Metro Banquet Hall, 759 Carnarvon Street, on June 12th directly after dinner and dance, until 3:30am (students will be bused back to Kwantlen Park). Cost per ticket is $40.00

Grad Parent Information Night
Our Grad Parent Information Night will be on Wednesday, March 11th at 6pm in the library, following Parent Teacher Interviews. Please join us to discuss clarity on graduation events, opportunities or to have any questions answered.
Graduation Events:
January 12th - Ticket Sales begin for Grad Dinner & Dance, and Dry Grad. Tickets can be purchased through School Cash Online. In-person sales can be made by cash through the office.
March 11ᵗʰ - Grad Parent Night (following Parent Teacher Interviews) in library at 6pm
May 4th- 8th - Dinner and Dance - Ticket pickup & table seating arrangements Dry Grad - ticket pickup
June 1st-3rd - Commencement Ticket Pickup in the library at lunch
June 8ᵗʰ-12th - Extra Commencement tickets available for purchase $5 – limited quantity
June 12th - Grad Dinner & Dance at Swan E Set Resort - Arrive at Kwantlen Park by 3:00 Dry Grad Event - The Metro Banquet Hall (Following Dinner and Dance)
June 17th - Grade 12 Commencement Rehearsal 12:30 PM at Kwantlen Park. Grad Gown pick-up-1:30

June 23rd – Scholarship lunch at 11am at Kwantlen Park
