🦷 Dental Resources for Families – 2025/2026 School Year
Fraser Health has shared a list of dental care resources to help families access affordable services for their children. Please explore the programs below and reach out if you have any questions.
Healthy Kids Program - children under the age of 19 years may be eligible for basic dental services.
- Canadian Dental Care Plan - children under the age of 18 years who do not have access to a private dental insurance plan.
- UBC Dentistry - offers a free dental program for children 12 years and younger. Please see the attached application form.
- Affordable dentistry options for children - Fraser Health Authority
If your child requires dental care, you can complete and submit a Dental Referral Form by:
- Faxing or mailing it to your local health unit
- A staff member will follow up with your referral
