NOTE: Please email the school a copy of your drivers abstract when it is sent to you. There is usually a 24 hour turn around for the abstract. You can email it to: elginpark@surreyschools.ca
NOTE: The criminal background check can take 4-6 weeks to process and the school is notified directly.

NOTE: please bring in this form, along with your driver license and insurance paper so the school can process your application.  This part of the application process has not changed.  The form looks different, that is all.
