Have You Moved or Changed Phone Numbers?

Please make sure the contact information you have provided the school is current.  If you've moved and your address has changed or you've changed your home or cell phone number, it is important that the office has your most recent information.  We want to make sure that when we mail out items or need to phone you, we have the correct information.  This is especially important if there is an emergency.
