Procedure 6450.1 - Major Construction Contracts - Tenders & Awards

This regulations support Policy #6450 – Major Construction – Tenders & Awards and cover major construction projects whose value exceeds $500,000.
The School District No. #36 (Surrey), also follows the guidelines and principles developed by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance for the issuance of tenders and the awarding of major capital projects.
The procurement of major construction contracts will be based on the principles of fair and open public sector procurement, competition value for money transparency and accountability.
