Students can choose to dress in orange/black or wear costumes - please remember that students cannot bring replica weapons of any kind, scary masks, or inappropriate costumes. Also, a reminder that "culture is not a costume" - we do not dress up to act like another culture, if we do not belong to it. Our goal is to have fun, while still being respectful of everyone in our school community!

PAC is excited to share that our Winter Photo Fundraiser is back! Family photo sessions will be taking place in our school Music Room on Wednesday Nov 4th and Monday Nov 9th, from 4pm -8pm.  Please note, there are no refunds or exchange of days/times once your time slot is booked.

Sitting fees are $20 + tax. Each family sitting session lasts for 10 minutes and you will have the opportunity to take several poses and receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait of your choice. Parents can also purchase additional photos online through HT School Photography.

We encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot, as they fill up quickly. Once you make your payment for the sitting fee, your photo session will be reserved. We want to remind you that 100% of the sitting fee goes directly to our school. To sign up, please visit https://www.htphotog.com/booking-calendar/ and select our school's dates. You can pay the sitting fee using your credit card or e-transfer.

Please arrive 5 minutes early and wait by the front office until the photographer is ready for your family. Families that arrive more than 5 minutes late may be turned away. The photographer will take a variety of photos in multiple poses during the 10-minute sitting with and without props.

Parents will be given an information sheet with a special access code to view and order their photos after their sitting. Photos are online within 48-72 hours after the photo day. Parents have 2 weeks to order their free 8x10 print and any additional prints to have free bulk delivery to the school. These prints and packages will be delivered to the school

one month after your photo day. If parents do not order within the 2-week deadline date they are still welcome to order however they will not receive their free 8x10, they will be charged a late fee, and their order will be sent directly to their home for a small shipping fee. Photos are typically kept online to order for one year.
