Reasons for Retakes

1. The student missed the main photo day.
2. The student attended the main photo day but requires a retake (no wrong reason, totally a family preference!)

Retake Requests

• Missed main photo day: Students who missed the main photo day will automatically be called for retakes. No parent action required.
• Retake requests: Parents/guardians must submit their request through the online gallery by the due date listed on the proof sent home after photo day. The proof will include instructions for accessing the gallery and submitting the request.

Procedure

• Our system generates a list of students needing retakes based on requests.
• Only students on this list will be invited to the retake session.
• To ensure accuracy and efficiency, requests must be submitted through the online gallery. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests made directly through the school or Darby Photos. This ensures the process does not burden the school office staff.
• Please note: students who attend the retake session will forfeit access to their original main photo images. The retake will replace the original for MYBC and all office image products. This is why we wish to have parents make the request, rather than students attending retakes on a whim.
