Student Clubs

At Fleetwood Park Secondary we offer a wide variety of student-led clubsBeing in a club is a great way to meet new friends, explore your interests, and have fun. There are a variety of clubs that foster leadership, creativity, and school spirit. Whether you're passionate about the arts, sciences, social justice, or just want to meet new people, there's a place for you here. 


Club Day 

At the start of the school year there is a Club Fair(Tuesday October 7th 2025where students in Grades 8–12 can meet club executives, learn about available clubs, and sign up to participate. Most clubs welcome new members year-round—just attend a scheduled meeting to join! 


Starting a New Club  

New club submissions for the 2025-26 school year are now closed. Please reach out to Ms Bifolchi over teams or an email with any inquiries.  


Club Expectations 

Clubs are great way to build community and showcase leadership. To ensure your club thrives: 

  • Maintain a clear organizational structure. 

  • Plan events throughout the school year. Complete an Events Form – available on Clubs Club Microsoft Teams Channel or at the office. 

  • Encourage leadership development for future continuity. 

  • Secure a Teacher Sponsor—they must be actively involved in meetings, events, and fundraising. 


Important Reminders for Approved Clubs 

  1. Events & Fundraisers 
    Submit an Event Request Form (available at the office or on the Clubs Club Microsoft teams channel) for approval by Ms. BifolchiVice-Principal. 

  1. Announcements 
    Your Teacher Sponsor must email the office to request school-wide announcements. 

  1. Posters & Flyers 
    For longevity try using bulletin boards only try to not post on walls, lockers, or other surfaces.
