Volunteer Drivers should fill out the attached Volunteer Driver Registration form and then follow the steps in the attached flow chart. 

  1. Apply for Criminal Record Check
  2. Obtain Driver’s Abstract
  3. Submit Registration Form along with driver’s license and insurance papers to office
  4. School will contact volunteer when all is approved
