First Week of School at Ellendale
Hello Ellendale Families!
We are really looking forward to seeing all the Ellendale students on Tuesday morning!
Tuesday, September 3rd - Grades 1 - 7 are in class 10:00-11:00 am
Please note that a separate email has been sent regarding Kindergarten.
There will be an information board set up by the flag pole directing students and families in the right direction. Until our permanent classes are established, students will be starting and ending their days in their grade group classroom. Please do not send school supplies on the first day of school.
Grade 1's - Room 8
Grade 2's - Room 9
Grade 3's - Room 4
Grade 4's - Room 1
Grade 5's - Room 5
Grade 6's - Room 3
Grade 7's - Room 2
While your children are in class on Tuesday, you are invited to join the PAC executive committee for coffee in the gym. It's a chance to connect with other parents and guardians, and learn more about the PAC (Parent Advisory Committee).
***IMPORTANT***: If your child(ren) is/are away on Tuesday, please do call the office as we are confirming student attendance for the school year in order to complete our class organizations.
Wednesday, September 4th - Full school day for Grades 1 - 7.
8:30 - warning bell
8:35 - start of instruction
10:05 -10:20 - recess - bring a snack
10:20 - instruction continues
11:43-12:28 - lunch - bring a lunch
12:28 - instruction continues
2:28 - end of school day
Teachers will tell the students when to bring their school supplies.
Remember to send a water bottle!
