Policies & Procedures

Educationfuture.jpgThis resource conveys policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of educational services in our school.

Scooter Use on District Property:   The district has worked closely with the City of Surrey to align our e-scooter guidance to their rules, which are available on the City’s website. Since e-scooters are not permitted on public property, sidewalks, or roads in Surrey and White Rock, Surrey Schools will not permit the use or storage of e-scooters on Surrey Schools property.  Also, please note e-bikes must follow provincial and city legislation and bylaws including the age requirements.  E-bikes may not be stored inside schools or charged on Surrey Schools property because improper charging or storage can significantly increase the risk of fire or explosion. If they are brought onto school property, they must be locked up outside.
