Safe Arrival Program
Reporting Student Absences/Lates:
If your child will be absent or late, please phone 604-594-2408. Our school has Voicemail, so a message can be left at any time of the day or night. We are a very large school, so it is appreciated when parents call and leave a message.
For your convenience, we offer you the option of emailing the secretary to inform us if your child(ren) will be absent. Just send an email to woodwardhill@surreyschools.ca before 8:40 a.m. on the day of the absence.

School Closure Information
From time to time classes may have to be cancelled temporarily for various reasons. Parents are advised to listen to radio stations CKNW (dial 980 AM) News 1130 (dial 1130 AM) or CBC (dial 690 AM) for information about the cancellation of classes.
