Welcome to the Surrey Schools Mental Health and Wellness page. As part of our Wellness Initiative, Surrey Schools is committed to providing mental health education and resources for staff, students, parents and our community.

The resources and information contained within these pages are aimed at two primary audiences, staff and students/families.

  • For staff, we have compiled a list of resources and professional development materials that can be accessed here.
  • For students and families, we have education, strategies and support care resources that can be accessed here.

FamilySmart: Parent Peer Support - we provide emotional support, information, resources, and help in navigating services for parents & caregivers of a child, youth or young adult with a mental health and/or substance use challenge.  Our Peer Support services are free. No waitlist.

K-12 Staff Wellbeing BC Network is a starting point for sharing information and works on staff wellbeing in BC schools & districts. Click here for more information.
