If you are planning on volunteering or driving at Latimer Road this year, please review the attached Volunteer Information Package.

All volunteers must fill out a Volunteer Application as well as a Criminal Record Check.

Volunteers who wish to drive, must also provide a Driver's Abstract in addition to the Volunteer Application form and Criminal Record Check.

If you have completed the criminal record check from the previous school year, please indicate that when you submit your volunteer forms.
