Student Medication

Student Medications:

If your child takes medication at home or at school, please ensure we have a medical form filled out at the office.

Even if we do not administer medications at school, we need to know the type/dosage of medication in case there is ever an emergency situation with your child. 

Please ensure you update the office with your child’s medical information as well as medication if it is to be kept at the office.

All medications (including epi-pens) must be stored at the office and not in a child’s backpacks or a classroom.
