Aboriginal Presentations

District Aboriginal Cultural Facilitation Victoria Vaillancourt led a storytelling presentation for all primary divisions at JT Brown. Ms. Vaillancourt began with a brief discussion of the Inuit First Nations group and students shared their background knowledge of polar bears and the Arctic to discuss the importance of this region of Canada to the Inuit. Ms. Vaillancourt read the story Immi's Gift by Karin Littlewood.
