VOLUNTEERS:

All volunteers now require a Criminal Record Check. Use this link to access and complete this form-  CRC volunteer form.  For more information, please review the following document Volunteer Information Package (Parent Guide). The online process is valid for five years, versus the in-person application process, which is only valid for one year, which will hopefully make it easier for our volunteers.

VOLUNTEER DRIVERS

If you plan to be a volunteer driver this year, you are required to complete a Criminal Record Check, ICBC Driver's Abstract and Volunteer Driver Application Form. You can come by the office in person to pick up a package, or access the links below:

The required documents (Criminal Record Check, ICBC Driver's Abstract and Volunteer Driver Application Form) must be submitted to the office a minimum of two weeks in advance of your child’s field trip or extracurricular activity. 

Administration needs time to review application forms, ensure criminal record checks are “cleared” and driver’s abstracts are “normal”. Teachers also need time to make alternative arrangements if there are not enough drivers.
