GRADE 8 Optional Orientation Day - Aug.29th Information
As promised, here is more information regarding Grade 8 Orientation Day on August 29th.
Grade 8 Orientation Day is optional and designed for those students who need assistance with accessing their schedule and/or locker.
We will be discussing the following:
- How to login to MYEd
- How to read a schedule
- How to pick a locker
- A short school tour
If your child feels confident with the above, they do not need to attend. This is an optional session. We are encouraging only those who need help in the areas above to come to the orientation. Parents are to drop off their child at 10am, and come back at 11am. At that time the office will be open for Grade 8 students and/or parents to discuss any other issues or questions you may have.
In our homerooms on the first day September 3rd from 10-11am, Grade 8s will be receiving all basic information regarding Grandview code of conduct, bell schedule and school expectations.
