Cross Country Season Information
The cross-country season begins in September, providing students with an opportunity to build stamina, endurance, and a strong connection to nature through running.
In cross-country practice, students focus on improving their running technique, pacing, and stamina, preparing for races on varied terrain. The training emphasizes endurance-building through long-distance running, as well as strength and flexibility to improve overall performance. Cross country also teaches students the importance of goal setting, perseverance, and mental resilience as they push themselves through challenging courses. Beyond physical fitness, participants develop teamwork and camaraderie, as training often includes group runs and support for fellow teammates.
New season schedule and coaching information will be updated in the new school year (2025/26)
