Basketball Club Season Information
Basketball season runs from the end of January through to the end of February. Students participate in weekly practices that focus on building strong fundamentals, team dynamics, and game awareness in a fun and supportive setting.
Basketball practice helps students strengthen a wide range of physical and cognitive skills. Athletes work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning, which improve coordination, balance, and reaction time. Practices also emphasize agility, endurance, and spatial awareness on the court. Beyond the physical game, students develop key skills like communication, teamwork, strategy, and resilience. Whether they’re learning to lead a play or support a teammate, players build confidence and character that extend far beyond the season.
