Colebrook's 2nd Annual Gala Tickets on Sale

Dear Colebrook Parent(s)/Guardian(s), 

Colebrook’s second Dinner and Dance Gala is on Friday, May 24 at Crown Palace Banquet Hall. PAC Colebrook and dedicated volunteers will be hosting an unforgettable night, and our goal is to have 300 guests in attendance, silent auction, life auction, games, raffle, and prizes!  

The last day to purchase your ticket(s) is Tuesday, April 30.  Unfortunately, we cannot sell tickets at the door as the hall needs a finalized head count prior. Get your tickets through: 

  1. Munch-a-lunch is an online platform we currently use for hot lunch. Now you can purchase and/or donate your gala tickets at https://munchalunch.com.  
  2. E-transfer your funds directly to PAC colebrookpacexec@gmail.com
  3. Write a cheque to PAC Colebrook 
  4. PAC has a debit/ credit card machine for those who are picking up and dropping their children at school. This is a volunteer effort and to arrange a date with a volunteer, email colebrookpacexec@gmail.com

We want this to be an inclusive event, if you have questions or require financial assistance, or want to VOLUNTEER at the Gala please email colerbookpacexec@gmail.com  Please note, that all attendees are required to purchase a ticket. Only those age 2 and under are exempt.

NOTE: If we don’t sell a minimum of 150 tickets (50 percent) by the end of April. We will look at cancelling the event. 

 

 

You and your family are invited to Colebrook’s Dinner & Dance Gala

 

WHEN: Friday, May 24, 2024 

 

WHERE: Crown Palace Banquet Hall – 12025 Nordel Way, Surrey at 6:00 p.m.

 

WHY: Raise funds to support the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. Funds will help purchase computers, IPAD’s, fieldtrips, and supplies for students. Currently, students at the school are sharing IPAD’s, limited computers and supplies that are a part of their learning. Our goal is to provide each student with the most up-to-date technology and resources for their learning journey. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT: The Gala is a family friendly event, with door prizes, silent & live auction, games, and entertainment. Tickets are $50.00 each or Table of 4 at $350 (children under 2 are free) and includes: appetizers, dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note each attendee (parent/guardian, student, teacher) requires purchasing a ticket to attend.

Dress code: Be creative, Imagine you are on a red carpet!
