PAC Gala Ticket Update

Online Option Available to Purchase Dinner & Dance Gala Tickets

Dear Colebrook Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Colebrook’s first Dinner and Dance Gala is only a few weeks away. The next 3 weeks are important and will determine if this fundraiser will be a success or will need to be cancelled. Based on the initial feedback, we had significant interest and now it’s time to act.
To make it easier for parents/ families to purchase tickets, the PAC is utilizing the following ways to purchase tickets:
- Munch-a-lunch is an online platform we currently use for hot lunch. Now you can purchase and/or donate your gala tickets at https://munchalunch.com.
- E-transfer your funds directly to PAC colebrookpac@live.ca
- Write a cheque to PAC Colebrook
- PAC has a debit/ credit card machine for those who are picking and dropping their children at school. This is a volunteer effort and to arrange a date with a volunteer, email colebrookpac@live.ca
If you purchase your tickets before April 15, 2023, you will be entered into a draw for a gift card.

You and your family are invited to Colebrook’s Dinner & Dance Gala
WHEN: Friday, May 12, 2023
WHERE: Crown Palace Banquet Hall – 12025 Nordel Way, Surrey at 6:00 p.m.
WHY: Raise funds to support the upcoming 2023/2024 school year. Funds will help purchase computers, IPAD’s, fieldtrips, and supplies for students. Currently, students at the school are sharing IPAD’s, limited computers and supplies that are a part of their learning. Our goal is to provide each student with the most up-to-date technology and resources for their learning journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT: The Gala is a family friendly event, with door prizes, silent auction, games, and entertainment. Tickets are $50.00 each (children under 2 are free) and includes appetizers, dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages.
HOW: If you are interested in attending, please RSVP and send e-transfer to colebrookpac@live.ca. PAC members will also be setting up afterschool for those that want to pay by debit or with credit card.
