School staff are inviting you to our school’s Parent/Teacher Evening this Thursday, November 27th. Details and schedule below…PLEASE READ should you hope to attend:
11:10am | Early dismissal for morning session |
2:25pm | Early dismissal for afternoon session |
3:00pm to 4:00pm | Open House – Families are welcome to come to the school, enjoy a small snack/refreshment, tour the school, meet with their child’s teachers in the classrooms and visit with staff |
4:00pm to 5:00pm | School is CLOSED for staff meeting |
5:00pm to 7:00pm | Scheduled Parent/Teacher Interviews for families who used the online booking system Meeting time slots are 10 minutes per family. If teachers are not available during the times offered, families can email their child’s teachers to arrange something that works for them for a later date. Staff emails are located on the school’s website.

The instructions and link to book an appointment have been emailed.
If you are unable to attend the Open House or book an appointment through the online system, we encourage you to contact the teachers you would hope to see and arrange a date and time to meet over the phone or in person at the school.
