Class Placement Letter for 2024-2025

The filling of this form is OPTIONAL and only for parents who feel they need to provide input for their child's class placement for 2024-2025.
The Information will assist us in organizing classes for next year. Please complete this form by Friday, June 14th at 4pm. After this time the survey will close.
**Please note that requests for a specific teacher or not being in a combined class are neither appropriate nor are they possible to fulfill.
Your child's current teacher and the office is not able to take requests.
