Dear students, caregivers, and families,

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for helping make Surrey Schools an inclusive and inviting community. The many acts of kindness you have shown this season – participating in blood drives, setting up Angel Trees in your schools, building toys for the Surrey Christmas Bureau and collecting supplies for the Surrey Women’s Centre – reflect a deep generosity and a strong spirit of service. No matter how you celebrate the holidays, your commitment to ensuring that everyone in our community feels supported truly shines.

As you step away from school deadlines and commitments for a few days for a well-deserved break, I hope you find time to rest, recharge and even share a laugh – perhaps at my expense.

I invite you to enjoy this year’s holiday movie from the Superintendent’s Office. The wonderful students and staff (from the front office to the classroom) at Forsyth Road Elementary made it possible, and they did an outstanding job.
