2026-27 Enhancing Student Learning Report now available

Surrey Schools has published its latest Enhancing Student Learning Report (ESLR), an annual document outlining student achievement and improvement that serves to inform engaging learning opportunities, provide valuable insight into student learning and guide strategic planning for school districts.

In accordance with the Ministry of Education and Child Care’s Framework for Enhancing Student Learning, the district collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data on students’ intellectual development, human and social development, and career development. This includes special attention paid to Indigenous students, children and youth in care, and students with diverse abilities and disabilities.

Within each of these categories, the district reports on the required indicators, including literacy, numeracy, well-being, grade-to-grade transitions, graduation rates and entrance into B.C. post-secondary institutions.
