Transcripts
Transcripts are provided by the Ministry of Education, they are only source of Official Transcripts. Schools are unable to issue transcripts.
If you would like to order an official BC Secondary School Transcript of Grades or Graduation Certificate (Dogwood), please visit the Ministry of Education and Child Care’s online Student Transcripts Service (STS) at https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates. The STS enables students to send official paper documents, in sealed envelopes, anywhere in the world. Additionally, students can send transcripts by email, in PDF format.
To log in, or to create an account, students will need their Personal Education Number found either in previous student records, at the last school of attendance, or via https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/pen-services.
Once students have their PEN, create a BCeID account here: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates. Students must confirm their registration immediately from their computer via the email confirmation link received and then log back into the account just created. Once registered, students can preview and order the documents online.
If you need assistance registering for the service or submitting orders, please email StudentTranscripts@gov.bc.ca with your full legal name, birthdate, name of your school and your Personal Education Number (PEN) to speed up the process.
