Night School Registration

Fall Registration is Open!


The fall semester starts in September 2023 and ends in January 2024.


Evening Classes Available:

Monday & Wednesday – 3:45pm to 6:20pm or 6:30pm to 9:05pm

Tuesday & Thursday – 3:45pm to 6:20pm or 6:30pm to 9:05pm


Students who are currently going to High School and are 16 before July 1, 2023 or born before July 1, 2007 may attend classes with us.


Queen Elizabeth Continuing Education offers Senior Secondary courses - Grade 11 and 12. We help students who:

  1. need a few extra courses and are not able to fit them in their schedule at their current High School.
  2. are missing a few courses and need to take those courses to graduate.
  3. are returning to school and are wanting to take a few courses, just because, or want to complete their Adult Graduation.
  4. are new comers to Canada and need to complete English 12 to help them find work or to apply for Canadian Citizenship.
  5. want to continue their education at a post secondary institution and need higher grades or are missing pre-requisites.

Step 1 - Classes for the fall semester have started. There are still a few classes which have seats and that you may enroll in. Please come to the office to register.


Step 2  You will need to bring the following documents with you:

  • Proof of Status in Canada - Birth certificate, passport, nexus card, permanent resident card, refugee status, citizenship card, front and back of the citizenship certificate or your current Study Permit if you are an International Student. 
  • Proof of BC residency – a current (within the past 60 days) Cable, Internet, Home Phone (mobility bills are not accepted), Hydro or Gas Utility bill; or Rental/Tenancy Agreement.  
    • This must show the current date and service address. (The bill may be in another person’s name.  If the bill is not in your name, state your relationship to the person whose name is on the bill.)
    • Mobility Bills (Cell Phone) are NOT accepted.
  • Valid Photo ID – ID with a current photo on it. Your driver’s license or BCID. 


Step 3  Call the office or stop by and pay the Student Fee – payable by cash, debit, Visa or M/C. The Student Fee is $20 for an Adult Student and $10 for a School Age Student.

Other Important Info 

  1. International fee-paying students - $1200 per class.
  2. Classes are free for most students.
  3. Textbooks will be rented to students for a fee and the fee will be returned when books are returned in good condition.
