Fee-Paying Students

Summer Learning International and Out-of-Province fee-paying students

International and Out-of-Province fee-paying students must pay the fees for all courses before the first day of Summer Learning. When you call to pay, please have your PEN number (located at the top of your confirmation email, your courses, and your credit card ready.)

International Fees and Out-of-Province are as follows:

International students and students from other provinces and territories in Canada may be charged the following fees at the time of registration.
Full credit course: $1,350
Refresher courses: $675
Transitions and Enhancement Programs: 40 hour: $675 80 hour: $1350
Elementary Courses: $675
Fee payment structure will be advised upon registration.

Office Hours:	Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our office is closed on Statutory Holidays
Deadline:	Full payment - tuition fee must be paid IN FULL by 4:00 pm on June 26, 2026. Payment after this date will not be accepted and students will be removed from the course.
Refund Policy:	Refunds are available only to students who have withdrawn by the deadline before 4 pm July 03, 2026. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to SummerLearning@surreyschools.ca and must include the student's full name, P.E.N., contact number, and the registration confirmation email. Please put "REFUND REQUEST" in the subject line. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, course fees will be refunded in full.
