Welcome to our Course Planning Site!

This page is currently being updated for the start of Course Request Season at North Surrey for the 2020-2021 school year.  

The Course Description Booklet and Graduation Planning Tools are already complete.  Please review these important documents by following the links on this page.

Important Dates:
The process for requesting courses online will begin with students assemblies on January 30 in the Theatre.  The Course request Portal in MyEd will be open from January 31 to February 18.

Grade 8 students assembly - Block D
Grade 9 students assembly - Block C
Grade 10 students assembly - Block B
Grade 11 students assembly - Block A

February 4, 6, 11, 13 - counsellors are available in the office conference room for support for course selection support

February 4, 6, 11, 13 - vice principals are available in the Library computer lab for MyEdBC support for entering your courses online

Computers are also available at lunch in the library.  All students must complete this important process.  Accurate data from our students will help us build the best possible timetable to meet student requests in the 2020 2021 school year.

Parents:  We encourage you to discuss and review your child's online requests for the next school year.  Please open and review the Course Planning Tool and the Course Description Booklet linked to this page.  

Click the Start Here button on the right to logon to the MyEd BC page (student account) to choose courses with your child. 

If you or your child has any questions regarding courses or graduation requirements, please have them see their counsellor or a vice principal.  If you are having issues with logging on to MyEdBC, please contact Ms. Godal-Davis in the office.

If you are in grade 8-11, logon to the MyEdBC System (Start Here above) and request your courses after the assembly.  Make sure you complete the Course Request Forms and read the Course Description Booklet for important information. 

Having trouble logging on?  Forget your password?  Use the “Forgot Password” feature on the MyEducationBC main page!
